FAQ

Do I need an account to play?

No. The game is fully playable without an account. An anonymous player ID is created automatically so your progress can be saved.

How do I keep my progress on a new phone? (Cloud Save)

Open Profile → Create account and choose a username and password. Your cars, purchases and progress are stored in the cloud. On your new device open Profile → Sign in with the same username and password and your garage comes back.

How do I restore my purchases?

Gold packs are consumable and are credited to your cloud save as soon as they are bought. The Starter Pack is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase: open the Store and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. If you use a game account, simply sign in to it and your owned items are restored from the cloud.

A purchase did not arrive – what now?

Close and reopen the game while connected to the internet; pending purchases are delivered on the next launch. If it still does not appear, open a support issue with the date of purchase (do not post your receipt or any payment details).

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and its cloud data (progress, driver name and leaderboard entries). Without the game: see Delete your account.
